How to Export Your Leads to CSV

Download a full snapshot of your Opportunities Pipeline as a CSV file for offline reporting, analysis, or sharing with your sales team.

The Export feature lets you download all your leads in one click, without leaving the dashboard. Use it to analyze pipeline data in Excel or Google Sheets, or share a lead snapshot with team members who don't have Acelab access.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged in as a Manufacturer Admin or Manufacturer Rep.

  • The export includes all leads for your account β€” filtering the dashboard view does not affect what's exported.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Leads Dashboard.

  2. Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the dashboard header. It displays a CSV icon and the label "Export."

  3. The button will show a loading indicator while the file is being generated. Do not click it again while loading.

  4. Once ready, your browser will automatically download the file. It will be named Opportunities_Export_YYYYMMDD.csv using the date of the export.

Outcome

A CSV file downloads to your browser's default download location. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. Each row represents one lead.

What's Included in the Export

The CSV contains the following fields for every lead:

Field

Description

Company name

Name of the architect's firm

Company location

Location of the architect's firm

Pipeline stage

Current stage in your Leads Dashboard (e.g., Nurture, Recommendation)

Architect name

Name of the architect associated with the lead (if available)

Architect email

Email address of the architect (if available)

Assigned rep

The manufacturer rep assigned to the lead

Project name

Name of the associated Acelab project

Project type

Type of project (e.g., commercial, residential)

Project phase

Current phase of the project

Project budget

Budget range of the project

Project size

Size of the project

Date created

Date the lead was created

Last activity

Date of the most recent activity on the lead

If the Export Fails

If something goes wrong during the download, the button returns to its default state and an error message appears at the top of the page. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists, contact Acelab support.
