Every manufacturer on Acelab has a public-facing brand page that architects can discover through product search, the Manufacturers directory, or direct links. This article explains what's on your brand page, how architects interact with it, and what happens on your end when they do.
What's on Your Brand Page
Your brand page is organized into several sections. Not all sections are visible unless content has been provided for them.
Hero Section The first thing architects see. Includes your company logo, banner image, description, availability regions, building sectors, and manufacturing location.
Contact / Request Information A button that allows architects to connect with your rep directly. This opens the Rep Connect flow, where they can send a message, request a quote, ask for lead times, or get technical information. Submitting this form creates a lead in your Opportunities Pipeline.
Value Propositions A horizontal scroll of short statements highlighting what makes your brand distinct. This is a quick-read format designed to communicate your positioning at a glance.
Products Your full product catalog, organized by division and subdivision. Architects can browse here and click into individual product pages for specs, documentation, and technical details.
Case Studies Project features and interviews that show your products in real-world applications.
Inspiration Gallery A visual gallery of project photography featuring your products.
How Leads Are Created From Your Brand Page
Your brand page is one of the primary sources of inbound leads. Here's what triggers lead creation:
Brand page visit — When a logged-in architect visits your brand page, a lead is automatically created in your pipeline. At early stages, identifying details are masked to protect architect privacy; more information is revealed as the lead progresses through stages.
Rep Connect request — When an architect clicks the contact button and submits a message or request, a lead is created with their message attached. This arrives in both your Opportunities Pipeline and your Conversations inbox.
Note: Leads are only generated for logged-in architects. Anonymous visitors do not create leads.
What You Can't Edit Directly
Your brand page content — logo, banner, product listings, case studies, and other sections — is managed by the Acelab team in coordination with your account. If you need to update your brand page content, contact your Acelab account manager.
